Job Description: Commercial Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Commercial Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Proactively manage shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery while addressing any transport-related issues promptly.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) on a daily and monthly basis, providing insightful reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including operations and sales, to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Continuously analyze and improve processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • A minimum of B2 level English proficiency is required.
