Customer Relationship SpecialistAs a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our professional clients. You will be responsible for understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Prepare client and prospect meetings to discuss their insurance requirements and goals.
- Present a range of insurance products and services, customizing recommendations based on individual client needs.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and develop new business partnerships.
- Promote our insurance offerings through effective communication and presentations.
