Role Responsibilities:

The CRM Campaign Strategist will play a pivotal role within the Client Marketing division, specifically in the Campaign Management team. This team is tasked with aiding various regions in the development, execution, and evaluation of their CRM strategies, focusing on three primary goals:

  • Enhance customer engagement and value
  • Increase Sephora's revenue streams
  • Boost the profitability of our promotional initiatives

The individual in this role will oversee the execution and assessment of direct marketing initiatives across multiple regions, aiming to optimize the relevance and effectiveness of our promotional strategies.

  • Support a designated group of countries in the EME region with their CRM strategy, campaign execution (including targeting and routing) in Adobe Campaign, performance evaluation, and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead a team of two CRM campaign specialists.
  • Enhance our CRM performance through KPI analysis, identification of best practices, and actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing the promotional strategy for a group of countries
  • Supervising the creation of multi-channel campaigns (email/SMS/push/print) using Adobe Campaign V7: including workflow design, targeting, routing, and monitoring.
  • Generating reports on CRM campaigns (conversion rates, additional revenue, and profitability), proposing enhancements to improve the promotional strategy, and presenting findings to regional teams.
  • Being results-driven and fostering a culture of performance improvement within the team and across regions.
  • Assisting CRM campaign specialists in their daily tasks, including campaign setup and performance analysis.
  • Optimizing CRM Performance
  • Analyzing KPI metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Recognizing best practices within Sephora and the competitive landscape and sharing insights with regional teams.
  • Providing precise recommendations to enhance CRM activities (contactability, marketing pressure, omnichannel engagement) and supporting regions in implementation.
  • Enhancing Customer Experience
  • Designing a seamless and personalized experience for our customers through effective communication.
  • Participating in projects aimed at improving the value proposition of Adobe Campaign V7.
  • Supporting CRM campaign specialists in managing their projects to enhance customer experience.
  • Managing Reporting and Performance Projects
  • Collaborating closely with the Data team on all reporting-related projects.
  • Working alongside a data analyst to prioritize tasks and backlog analyses.
  • Centralizing all developments and maintenance needs regarding our data measurement tools and communicating them to stakeholders, ensuring prioritization.
  • Leveraging the skills of the team and regions concerning the reporting under your purview.
  • Acting as the primary contact for the team on this specific topic.
