About the Role

As a Project Director at Capgemini, you will be responsible for leading large-scale IT projects and programs, ensuring client satisfaction while meeting contractual and financial commitments.

You will be the primary managerial liaison for our team members, playing a key role in developing their skills and competencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pilotage of commitments: budget, costs, deadlines, quality, and risks, in accordance with Capgemini's delivery and quality processes.
  • Sourcing, management, and supervision of internal and external teams, spread across multiple geographic locations (onshore, nearshore, offshore).
  • Monitoring of project phases (conception, development, and integration).
  • Client relationship management.
  • Operational and managerial reporting, both internally and externally.
  • Coaching and mentoring in organizational transformation programs.
  • Identification of new opportunities by developing existing client accounts in synergy with commercial managers.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent university degree in Computer Science.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT project management in an international context.
  • Proven track record of leading projects with budgets ranging from 1 to 5 million euros.
  • Experience in managing teams of 5 to 30 people.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, client relationship, and risk management skills.
  • Fluency in English (B2 minimum).
