Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Bioproduction Research Engineer to join our team at ART-TG. As a specialist in vector production, you will be responsible for leading the production of viral vector batches, ensuring the quality and safety of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new production processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
- Manage and optimize the use of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Conduct regular technological and scientific research to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide technical expertise and support.
- Write and publish research papers and reports on your work.
Requirements
- Expertise in bioengineering, cell culture, virology, gene therapy, and cell therapy.
- Strong knowledge of biochemistry, microbiology, molecular biology, aseptic cell culture, bioreactor culture, chromatography, ultrafiltration, PCR, immunology, and FACS.
- Experience with quality assurance and ISO 9001 and BPF standards.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical production and innovative therapy production.
- Proficiency in specific software used in the industry.
- Fluency in English (B2-C1 level).
