Job Title: Coordinateur Export et Logistique Junior

Job Summary:

Group Vivendi Africa est à la recherche d'un Coordinateur Export et Logistique Junior pour rejoindre son équipe à Paris. Le/la Coordinateur Export et Logistique Junior sera responsable de la gestion des expéditions de matériel depuis les fournisseurs (Europe et Asie) vers les filiales de GVA situées en Afrique.

Missions:

  • Pilotage des expéditions: Le/la Coordinateur Export et Logistique Junior sera chargé d'un portefeuille de fournisseurs sur différentes destinations en Afrique, garantissant les expéditions dans les meilleurs délais en maîtrisant les coûts.
  • Suivi opérationnel: Saisie des bons de commande pour le matériel expédié dans le logiciel de gestion, suivi opérationnel des formalités d'expédition avec les fournisseurs et les filiales GVA, définition du mode de transport et organisation avec notre transitaire, vérification de la conformité et de l'intégralité de la documentation.
  • Suivi financier: Optimisation des expéditions et vérification des devis de transport, réception des commandes expédiées dans le logiciel de gestion, calcul des coûts de transport.
  • Administration des ventes Wholesale: Prise en charge du monitoring administratif des contrats wholesale, création des fournisseurs, suivi des offres aux clients et des contrats, calcul des Service Level Agreements (SLA) etc.
  • Gestion des stocks: Participation au suivi des stocks et des approvisionnements, participation aux analyses ou aux différents travaux en lien avec le département logistique/finance.

Compétences requises:

  • Formation supérieure en supply chain/commerce international
  • Connaissance du transport export, si possible sur le continent africain
  • Orientation contrôle des coûts – analyse budgétaire
  • Bon niveau d'anglais indispensable
  • Sens de l'organisation, ténacité et proactivité

Langue de travail: Français
