Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement requests, receive incoming goods, and verify their quality and quantity, addressing any discrepancies.
  • Oversee order preparations and shipments, making necessary adjustments as required.
  • Supervise outgoing logistics, prepare essential customs documentation, collaborate with transport providers, monitor shipments, and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Administer inventory and enhance warehouse storage efficiency.
  • Evaluate and analyze logistics performance metrics to pinpoint best practices and areas for enhancement.
  • Lead a team while ensuring adherence to QHSE standards.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Logistics or Commerce (minimum Bachelor's level).
  • Familiarity with customs and transportation regulations.
  • Experience with ERP and EDI systems.
  • Strong management capabilities.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.

Position Details

  • Contract type: apprenticeship.
