Reporting to the Director of Complex Projects, you will be instrumental in managing the technical and financial dimensions of intricate proposals within our organization – Maintenance, Modifications, Studies. This role encompasses projects with a turnover exceeding 10 million and/or those that require coordination across multiple locations or disciplines (mechanical, avionics, electronics, structures, CAMO, logistics, training).

Your primary duties will include:

  • Collaborating with sales teams to design and cost proposals
  • Ensuring precise technical assessments through thorough analysis and benchmarking
  • Incorporating essential internal and external expertise
  • Delivering innovative solutions
  • Upholding cost and construction standards
  • Overseeing the timelines for proposal development
  • Supporting the commercial and technical presentation of proposals
  • Facilitating the operational launch of new proposals

We seek candidates who possess:

  • A Bac +5 (Engineering, Business School, etc.) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the aviation sector, ideally in MRO
  • Exceptional analytical and communication abilities
  • The capacity to challenge existing frameworks and suggest groundbreaking ideas
  • A proactive and innovative approach
  • Independence, diligence, responsiveness, and dedication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • An advanced level of English (both written and spoken)
