Job Opportunity at Transdev

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Sector Manager. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of the transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement daily and periodic planning for drivers;
  • Affect vehicles to services in accordance with client contracts, in collaboration with the Fleet and Workshop Manager;
  • Manage human resources, including recruitment, interviews, and payroll;
  • Oversee the management of drivers, including performance monitoring and development;
  • Identify opportunities for commercial and operational improvements;
  • Respond to incidents, including vehicle breakdowns and accidents, and ensure continuity of services;
  • Communicate with clients regarding service disruptions;
  • Participate in the management of institutional and occasional clients;

Requirements:

  • BTSTransport qualification or equivalent;
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
