Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Development Manager to join our team at AFTRAL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing commercial activity in the transport and logistics training sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Provide expert advice to clients on developing and financing their training plans
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum of BAC +2 training in the commercial field
  • Proven sales experience in the field of service sales to companies
  • Strong knowledge of the regional territory and transport, logistics, and/or professional training regulations
