Your Role

To further this mission, we are seeking a Lead Product Strategist (x/f/m) to become part of the B2C division of Doctolib, which is already serving millions of patients through an application designed for healthcare access.

As a Lead Product Strategist (x/f/m), your primary objective will be to transform the way patients oversee their health. You will collaborate within a feature team to evolve Doctolib's application from a mere access tool into a comprehensive daily health management platform. Your focus will be on enhancing user engagement and frequency of use by developing new services from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new services from inception to launch, iterating through a series of rapid experiments to achieve high levels of user activation and engagement.
  • Gain a profound understanding of patient needs, alongside market and technological opportunities.
  • Establish a clear comprehension of the factors influencing your key performance indicators, becoming a subject matter expert in this area.
  • Oversee a segment of the Doctolib patient experience, including vision, performance metrics, and backlog management.
  • Articulate your vision effectively, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and securing their support.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in product management for consumer-facing, B2C mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in English and either German or French.
  • A proven track record of achieving measurable results in retention, growth, or monetization.
  • A data-driven mindset that enables you to identify opportunities and conduct iterative A/B testing.
  • Experience in building a product from the ground up, with the ability to learn from failures and iterate quickly.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
