ABOUT THE ROLE

ARK Crystal Technology (Research and Development by the International Space Federation) is seeking a dynamic All-Round Marketing & Content Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of our marketing strategy from end to end for our e-commerce.

This role requires a unique combination of strategic thinking, social media, content creation, visual storytelling, and data-driven decision-making. If you're passionate about simplifying complex scientific concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand content and have a strong grasp of AI-driven marketing tools, we want you on our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for product campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, email, and paid ads.

Content Creation & Management: Create and manage high-quality, visually engaging content for diverse platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and more. Including Editorial Calendar Management.

Visual Design: Use your design expertise to create visually compelling graphics, infographics, presentations, and marketing collateral. Manage set up for video and photo shoots for new product campaigns working with experts.

Scientific Communication: Translate complex scientific and technical information into digestible, audience-friendly content.

AI-Driven Marketing: Leverage AI tools for content generation, analytics, personalization, and campaign optimization.

Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness across platforms.

Email Marketing & Automation: Design, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns with a focus on segmentation and personalization.

Paid Advertising: Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other digital channels, optimizing for performance and ROI.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing, with proven success in both strategic and hands-on roles.
  • Design Skills: Proficient in graphic design and visual storytelling tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Video is a plus.
  • Management: Management of both freelance agencies and projects.
  • Content Expertise: Strong content development skills, with a knack for turning complex information into engaging narratives.
  • AI Proficiency: Familiarity with AI tools and platforms for content creation, marketing automation, and data analysis.
  • Digital Marketing: Experience with social media, Influencers, and Editorial Calendar execution. Experience with e-commerce is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to meet goals.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandatory), with the ability to engage diverse audiences. French language is a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a startup environment or hands-on role.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a scientific or technical industry.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and website management (e.g., Shopify).
