Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager at SenfaCilander, a Chargeurs Group company, coordinates the marketing efforts for the company’s product portfolio, including the brands: Cilander, Senfa and Planofil. The candidate deeply understands the coating and textile industry and its target audience, especially the military and nautical applications. Through close collaboration with the CEO, CMO, sales and R&D teams and cross-functional teamwork, the Product Marketing Manager is able to shape effective go-to-market strategies.
The working location is Hybrid, with a component of remote working.
The role will include frequent travel between France and Switzerland, with occasional transfers overseas.
Objectives of this role:
- Develop the marketing strategy (product, pricing, positioning, promotion) in synergy with internal stakeholders
- Outline the complete go-to-market strategy and project plan for SenfaCilander and its brands
- Improve SenfaCilander’s b2b product marketing output
- Shape and align product marketing content that target prospective customers
- Build relationships with external vendors and key stakeholders
- Set product marketing budgets and track spend, always with an eye for ROI
- Convert prospects into paying customers through consistent communications
Responsibilities:
- Lead product marketing development
- Outline product marketing deployment timelines
- Educate other departments on current product messaging
- Manage team’s product marketing campaigns
- Craft SenfaCilander’s product storytelling vision and voice
- Negotiate budgets to execute our product marketing vision at scale
- Generating customer insights and market benchmarking
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration
- Track launch progress
- Support the commercial team’s needs
- Produce market analysis on trends, competitors etc.
Skills and qualifications:
- Significant textile and coating experience (bachelor’s degree, work experience)
- Significant product marketing and development experience
- Experience in go-to-market of technical b2b products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English – French is a plus
- Deep understanding of market trends and product lifecycles
- Firm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns
- Curiosity and willingness to go the extra mile
- Entrepreneurial approach
