Investor Relations Associate

A well-established global alternative investment firm specialising in digital assets, is seeking an Italian speaking Investor Relations Associate to join its team in Monaco. The role involves both managing relations with existing clients and developing new business through marketing, and communications to drive growth. The role reports to the Head of Growth.The role will entail: Engaging with prospective and existing investors through regular calls and meetings;Responding to investor enquiries and assisting with due diligence requests. Supporting the preparation and updating of funds’ materials, including pitchbooks, factsheets, and investor reports;Contributing to the firm’s communications content, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging;Collaborating across teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information to investors.The successful candidate will: Have 2-3 years of experience in Investor Relations within asset management, wealth management, or hedge funds;Have a demonstrable interest in digital assets;Hold a Master's degree in a relevant subject;Possess a strong understanding of investment concepts, ideally with previous exposure to digital assets and/or market neutral strategies;Require excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Italian. Both langauges must be fluent;Be detailed oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced environment;Have a genuine interest in building relationships and representing the firm with professionalism and integrity.The role will be full time and office based in Monaco. Compensation is competitive and will consist of a base salary and performance related bonus and all usual benefits.
