Key responsibilities : Being a reference point for activity planning, troubleshooting, and problem solving (e.g. ensure that there is enough personnel to perform in plant activity and be available to support troubleshooting of operators) Being a reference point for materials and room organisation to ensure continuity of production activities (e.g. have a clear understanding of what material is needed prior starting a campaign and ensure it is available) Executing manufacturing activities according to cGMP guidelines (e.g. aseptic operation, shipments, autoclaving) and perform troubleshooting of process and equipment (e.g. create malfunction reports) Cleaning of cell banking rooms and equipment to preserve cleanroom standard Being a reference point for training of in plant activities and equipment (e.g. support newcomers and external in the gowning procedure) Key requirements: Working experience in Pharma and GMP knowledge Proven knowledge of working in cleanroom environment or cell culture aseptic work Fluent in English and French is a plus. Strong team oriented with good communication skills Structured, focused, well organised, flexible, and independent.
