Financement solide : +15M€ levés Équipe internationale : Près de 30 collaborateurs entre la France et l’étranger Stack technique : Azure, Databricks, Python, TypeScript, Terraform, Kubernetes VOTRE MISSION : FIABILISER ET FAIRE ÉVOLUER L’INFRASTRUCTURE CLOUD Rattaché au CTO, vous occuperez un rôle central dans la conception et la fiabilisation de la plateforme technique. Vous interviendrez sur la modernisation de l’infrastructure, l’automatisation des déploiements et la mise en place des bonnes pratiques d’ingénierie cloud. Architecture et Cloud Engineering Concevoir, moderniser et maintenir les microservices déployés sur Azure (Functions, App Services) et Databricks. Faire évoluer les environnements vers des architectures résilientes et scalables, intégrant des pratiques de haute disponibilité et de sécurité. Piloter la migration vers une approche Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) et renforcer la fiabilité des environnements de production. CI/CD et Automatisation Mettre en place des pipelines de déploiement robustes (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) incluant tests, sécurité et stratégie de rollback. Automatiser les contrôles qualité avant fusion et les tests de charge pour anticiper la croissance et optimiser les coûts cloud. Observabilité et Fiabilité Définir des indicateurs de performance et de fiabilité (SLI/SLO) et assurer leur suivi. Mettre en œuvre une observabilité avancée à l’aide d’Azure Monitor, OpenTelemetry, Kibana ou Elastic Search. Créer des tableaux de bord et alertes proactives pour un suivi continu de la santé des systèmes. Sécurité et Gouvernance Renforcer la posture cloud : gestion des accès, IAM, secrets management, politique as code. Garantir la conformité et la traçabilité des environnements via des contrôles automatisés. Collaboration et Culture d’Ingénierie Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Data, IA, Produit et Développement pour transformer les besoins métiers en solutions fiables. Diffuser les bonnes pratiques DevOps et promouvoir une culture de qualité, d’autonomie et d’amélioration continue. VOTRE PROFIL : STAFF PLATFORM ENGINEER 7 ans d’expérience minimum en ingénierie logicielle, DevOps ou plateforme cloud. Solide expérience sur Azure et Databricks, avec une compréhension des architectures distribuées. Maîtrise de l’IaC (Terraform), du CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) et des outils d’observabilité. Compétences confirmées en Python et TypeScript. Connaissance de Kubernetes et des environnements conteneurisés. Anglais courant. Profil autonome, rigoureux, capable d’allier vision technique et sens opérationnel.
