As Financial Director, you will be responsible for the performance and optimization of the region's accounting and tax activities in full compliance with international and local accounting standards and Group policies.You will have the following missions in particular:- Local accounting activities - Group accounting compliance - Tax reports- Accounts payable- Treasury and banks activities - Statutory books - Group reporting - Take responsibility for balance sheet accounts reconciliation and backup documentation, ac-counts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, treasury, cash forecasting, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity - Adhere and ensure compliance with the legal and group accounting methods, policies and principles - Be responsible for the statutory and tax requirements and reports in agreement with the group policy and tax and accounting regulation - Participate in process simplification, Develop automation, Rationalize - Ensure a smooth and efficient collaboration with the FP&A and Controlling teams for overall finance performance- Be a change driver of Company/Finance transformation & participate and lead initiatives linked to the company strategy including quality improvement - Participate to ERP enhancement and maintenance with IT and develop of automation (RPA, etc.) and modern practices.
