Rattaché.e à la Directrice Achats & RSE, vous prenez en charge le pilotage global des achats indirects de l’entreprise (environ 50 M€ de spend). Vos principales missions et enjeux : Structurer et piloter l’ensemble du périmètre achats indirects (intérim, immobilier, énergie, IT, maintenance, sécurité, flotte auto, facility management, etc.). Réduire fortement le maverick buying et instaurer des processus clairs de validation interne. Rationaliser le panel fournisseurs et renforcer la conformité contractuelle. Mettre en place un suivi rigoureux des contrats et KPI. Déployer une stratégie achats indirects alignée sur la stratégie business, les besoins opérationnels et les engagements RSE. Contribuer à la réduction des coûts tout en garantissant la qualité de service et la satisfaction interne. Participer à des projets transverses de transformation et d’amélioration continue. En somme, vous serez un véritable Business Partner des fonctions support et opérationnelles. Le poste est basé à la Défense (92). Pour vous épanouir et réussir sur ce poste, nous vous demanderons de justifier : D'une formation supérieure en achats, ingénierie ou gestion (type Master Achats, école de commerce ou équivalent). D'une expérience confirmée en achats indirects, transformation de processus ou gestion de projets transverses. Vous avez déjà : Structuré et piloté un portefeuille achats indirects ; Défini et mis en place des politiques et process achats ; Embarqué les parties prenantes internes dans une démarche de transformation ; Fait preuve d’autonomie et de leadership dans un environnement exigeant. Compétences et qualités attendues : Maîtrise des techniques et process achats ; Solide esprit analytique et rigueur d’exécution ; Excellentes compétences relationnelles et communicationnelles ; Esprit d’équipe, sens du service et adaptabilité ; Anglais courant.
