Our MissionTo make everyone feel like the diamond they are To build a global community of fragrance lovers through the power of scent and by providing them with the most innovative & luxurious fragrances, education and sharing our Middle Eastern fragrance rituals with the world.SummaryKAYAI is looking for a Sales and Education Exec who will be responsible for driving the commercial performance of the Kayali within the French market through best-in-class in-store sales execution, education, and event support. Acting as the brand ambassador in market, this role will deliver impactful education to Beauty Advisors, elevate brand storytelling, and directly influence sell-out performance across key retail partners.This is a field-based role, requiring extensive travel across France and close collaboration with regional, EU, and global teams.Education & TrainingDeliver high-impact education across:In-store one-to-one and group trainingsClassroom-style sessionsLarge-scale conventions, conferences, and eventsOnboard and upskill Beauty Advisors on:Product knowledgeKayali Brand and story Heritage Fragrance storytelling and Layering educationSelling techniques and conversion strategiesEnsure all education is aligned with global brand guidelines and adapted to the French marketSales Deliver high-impact education acrossIn-store one-to-one and group trainingsClassroom-style sessionsBrand & Event SupportRepresent the brand at:Retailer eventsPress and PR momentsLaunch activations and VIP experiencesRequirementsExperienceMinimum 5 years' experience in beauty and retail sales, with a strong focus on fragranceProven background in training and education, including:In-store educationClassroom trainingLarge-scale conventions or conferencesSkills & CompetenciesStrong commercial acumen with the ability to translate education into sales resultsConfident presenter with excellent facilitation skillsStrong storytelling and brand communication abilitiesHighly organised and self-motivatedComfortable working autonomously in a field-based roleLanguagesBilingual in French and English is a mustAdditional European languages are a strong advantageTravelWillingness to travel extensively (up to 80%) across France
