Job Title: FPSO and SURF ASSISTANT Service Location : Montigny le bretonneux Target Start date : mid aug 2024 Estimated Service Duration  : 1 year renewable About our client : Development studies for Block 20 are performed by the GPI, which is a multi-disciplinary and dedicated structure, acting on behalf of the Affiliate (TEPA) in accordance with HQ processes in terms of methodology and governance. This choice is justified by project context, field complexity and the overall project schedule (Fast -track project, 5 years from farm-in and operatorship transfer to First Oil).? Role Overview: The service holder reports to the FPSO and SURF Package Managers.  Service Dimension :  The job holder is responsible for the general administration, secretarial and related logistics matters for the CPY FPSO and SURF Teams.  The job holder will have to liaise actively with the other Project Assistants, mainly with regards to logistics matters, but also in order to ensure consistency of general administration and secretarial methods and practices.  The job holder is also accountable individually for demonstrating an exemplary behavior with regard to HSE rules and requirements.  Key Responsibilities: To adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to HSE and to respect all HSE Requirements of Kaminho Project, as well as of CTR offices’. Report to CPY FPSO and SURF Manager any area of concern. To be the point of contact for FPSO and SURF CPY Project team and ensure all assistance and secretarial activities for the CPY FPSO and SURF Package Manager and team. To organize Welcoming & Onboarding in Project FPSO and SURF Teams in SQY logistic in CTR Offices in coordination with Kaminho PMT Assistant (CTR badges creation requests, assignment of offices, Parking) To welcome and guide visitors and organize access to CTR Offices  To organize Missions & Travels for the CPY FPSO and SURF team: organize missions, obtain visas, perform booking as necessary, organize logistic with CPY & CTRs for missions. Treat in a timely manner expenses in Treck+ for TTE staff and by Project Internal Forms for FPSO TGI team. To maintain FPSO and SURF Directory, schedule of absence / presence / missions and any other FPSO directory as necessary. Control & pre-validation in MIR for FPSO and SURF External Personnel: Time Sheets, Mission Orders, Expense Notes.  To organize and follow up FPSO Package and SURF Package Manager’s agenda as requested. To type / register / manage paperwork for FPSO and SURF teams as requested. To coordinate with Contractor’s Assistants in CTR Main Office in Saint-Quentin to manage necessary offices supplies and to keep the FPSO Management team informed of matters related to the office building. To organize or give assistance for the organization of meetings and associated logistics in coordination with CPY Kaminho PMT Assistant (internal meetings / meetings with Contractors / meeting with Project Management and special events). To receive and dispatch Project information, new Procedure in close cooperation with CPY Kaminho PMT Assistant.  Requirements: Knowledge of TotalEnergies tools like Treck, Giseh, iDeal, WeCare, Sharepoints’ environment, English fluent.  Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
