Equipment Engineer / System Owner - Hauts-de-France - 12-Month Contract  Our client, a global (bio)pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation, is recruiting for an Equipment Engineer to join them on their new expansion project. Based in a charming French location, this is on a contractual basis, and will involve significantly growing the sites capacity for the manufacture of Biologics. Responsibilities and Requirements:  You will be responsible for the availability, reliability and performance of site vision systems including maintenance, calibration, spare parts and general asset management The System Owner will also be responsible for equipment projects, continuous improvement, investigations, development of new technologies and commercial manufacturing support You will have knowledge and proficiency in the use of statistical analysis tools, continuous improvement methodologies CIP – SIP and COP – SOP Systems Formulation Systems Monitoring of day to day performance of their assigned system(s) Measuring and maximising the uptime of their system Performance analysis of key attributes of their systems and equipment to identify and proactively manage / improve performance trends Ensuring the preventive maintenance program for their system is successfully developed and implemented in a safe manner Ensuring that a critical spare parts list for their system is identified and appropriate levels of spares are maintained The definition and scoping of all process improvement activities relating to the system Anticipating, solving or escalating problems as appropriate All design reviews associated with equipment purchases Risk assessments and mitigation projects relating to system performance If this role is of interest to you, please apply now   #LI-IB1
