Rejoindre une deeptech pionnière sur l’IA explicable et multimodale Être le premier Full-Stack Engineer (poste fondateur) puis monter une équipe à moyen terme Travailler au croisement de l’IA, du produit et de la biologie Scope large : design produit, développement, architecture, déploiement Environnement moderne (, Vercel, AWS, TypeScript) Culture scientifique + excellence technique + autonomie VOTRE MISSION : CONSTRUIRE LES INTERFACES QUI DONNENT VIE À L’IA Développer les interfaces web ( / React) du produit phare Créer des visualisations interactives pour des données biologiques complexes Concevoir des dashboards et outils internes pour les équipes R&D Implémenter les API et intégrer les modèles IA Participer à l’architecture logicielle (frontend + backend) Mettre en place CI/CD, déploiement sur Vercel / AWS Collaborer avec les équipes produit, IA et bio-info Faire évoluer l’application et construire l’équipe tech à moyen terme VOTRE PROFIL : FOUNDING FULL-STACK ENGINEER (H/F) Must-have 5+ ans d’expérience en dev Full-stack Solide expertise React / / TypeScript / À l’aise en start-up / early stage Bon niveau d’anglais (échanges avec partenaires internationaux) Esprit structuré, autonome, proactif Nice-to-have Intérêt pour la santé, la biologie ou la data scientifique Expérience en intégration d’IA, LLM ou visualisation de données complexes Envie de prendre un rôle clé dans un projet à fort impact LES MODALITÉS : Contrat : CDI – Temps plein Localisation : Paris 4ᵉ Télétravail : 2 jours / semaine possibles Rémunération : 75–95K€ selon profil Avantages : BSPCE Tickets restaurant (13 € / jour – 50 %) Mutuelle (50 %) PROCESS DE RECRUTEMENT Screening call – 30 à 45 min avec le CTO Test technique – 4 à 5h à réaliser chez soi Débrief & présentation du projet – 30 min Entretien final – Fit & motivation en présentiel avec les fondateurs Durée totale : environ 3 semaines
