AboutAt Sillage, we're building the future of sales intelligence by turning raw market data into actionable buying signals and actions. We're two repeat founders backed by top operators and investors (Deel, Salesforce, Datadog, Contentsquare, Sequoia & a16z scout funds, Kima, Drysdale...) and we're assembling a small team of exceptional people.As a Founding Full-stack Engineer, you'll join our CTO's team and play a central role in expanding the breadth and depth of our signal platform. We recently launched and are growing fast.Job DescriptionWhy this role mattersYou'll co-own our technical vision and ship across the entire stack. As a founding engineer, you'll shape the foundation of a platform that will become the external source of truth for sales signals of our customers.We're still a small engineering team (a CTO and a junior developer, both alumni of 42) who built the first MVP in a few weeks and already onboarded dozens of customers. It's now time to accelerate and build upon this successful version a solid and scalable platform.We move fast, and we collaborate closely.Outside of work, we also do strength training together twice a week.What You'll DoBuild and ship product features end-to-end across backend, agents, frontend, and infrastructure.Drive fast iteration cycles: weekly - often daily - releases based on real user feedback.Collaborate closely with the founders to refine architecture, improve performance, and scale systems.Work directly on the customer pain points: you're part of product decisions, not just execution.Help prepare the engineering org for the next stage of growth.What You'll GetHuge autonomy and visibility: your work defines the product.A seat at the table for technical and product strategy.A chance to build an AI-first platform from the ground up.Growth path toward tech leadership or a senior IC role, your choice.Compensation and equity package adapted to your seniority and impact.Preferred Experience5+ years of experience shipping production systems at high velocity.Strong ownership: you care about speed, reliability, and user impact.Ability to move across the stack (full-stack or specialized, we're flexible).Someone who enjoys shaping product and technical decisions, not just executing tasks.Comfortable working on-site with us at Station F most of the week (hybrid possible)If you want to build fast, solve real user problems, and take ownership of a product with immediate market pull, we'd love to talk.Recruitment ProcessIntro call (20 min) – Meet the CTO to get to know our team, and discuss your motivations.Technical conversation (45 min) – Deep dive with the CTO to discuss your experience.(Optional) Practical case – A short exercise to brainstorm/develop a new potential signal and how you'd test it.Final chat – Meet the broader team, discuss culture fit, and answer any open questions.We move fast and adapt the process if needed.
