Marketing Director (M/F) – Industrial Sector 📍 Location: Lyon – 🌍 International Environment Company: My client is a leading player in the industrial sector, specializing in the production of innovative solutions for Industry With a strong international presence, the company is experiencing steady growth and is now looking for a Marketing Director (M/F) to lead the marketing strategy and support its global expansion. Key Responsibilities: As Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the global marketing strategy to enhance the company’s visibility and support its commercial growth internationally. Your main duties will include: ✔️ Developing and executing the marketing strategy in alignment with commercial objectives and market needs. ✔️ Leading a marketing and communications team (10-15 people). ✔️ Driving multi-channel communication strategies (digital, press, events, etc.). ✔️ Identifying new market opportunities and supporting the sales teams in their development. ✔️ Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and adjusting strategies accordingly. ✔️ Managing marketing budgets and optimizing investments. ✔️ Collaborating with international teams to harmonize global marketing actions. Desired Profile: 🎓 Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a strategic marketing role, ideally within the industrial or B2B sector. 🌍 International: Experience in a global, multicultural environment is essential. 🗣 Languages: Fluent in English is required. 👥 Leadership: Strong ability to manage and inspire a marketing team. 🚀 Strategic Vision: Sharp market analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
