Construction / Site Manager – Renewable Energy (PV / Substation / Offshore) 📍 France – National or European Projects Renewable Energy – Construction / Electrical Infrastructure / OffshoreAbout the Company Our client is a leading energy infrastructure and renewable EPC contractor, active across Europe in the design and construction of solar farms, high-voltage substations, and offshore grid connections. As part of its expansion, the company is hiring a Construction / Site Manager to oversee large-scale renewable energy construction projects and ensure safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery. Main Responsibilities Reporting to the Construction Director or Project Manager, you will take full ownership of site execution, managing teams, subcontractors, and overall project delivery: Lead the on-site construction activities ensuring quality, safety, and compliance. Manage planning, budgets, logistics, and progress tracking. Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors on multi-disciplinary works (civil, electrical, mechanical). Supervise HSE performance and implement safety procedures in collaboration with the QHSE Manager. Validate technical drawings and as-built documentation. Prepare daily/weekly reports, site meeting notes, and financial follow-up. Maintain direct communication with the client, suppliers, and engineering teams. Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction methods and procedures. Profile Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Energy Engineering (or equivalent technical background). 5–10+ years of experience in site or construction management within renewable, electrical, or industrial projects. Proven experience in solar PV, high-voltage substations, wind, or offshore projects. Strong skills in project coordination, cost control, and team leadership. Familiar with construction norms, electrical standards (HTA/HTB), and safety procedures. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Fluent in English (French is a plus). Willingness to travel nationally or occasionally within Europe. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: €60,000 – €100,000 / year + site bonuses + company car + benefits.
