5G Standards Engineer Permanent On-Site in Paris (2 days remote working) To participate in the development of our innovative projects and products. So, your missions will be: Participate in the standardization of our products for Telcom solutions by presenting our technical contributions and specifications within standardization organisms. Contribute to the architecture and development of our prototypes and evaluation methodologies in adadequacy with the directions considered for future communication protocols and standards to respect the regulatory compliance. Ensure interoperability between equipment and systems. Develop patentable concepts for our 5G technologies and monitor technological and standards developments. Participate in the drafting of technical documents on our solutions, as well as on quality, safety, and environmental impact. Liaise between technical, project and sales teams. Prepare reports for management to support the company's strategic decision-making process. Develop your professional network of Telecoms experts and build trusting relationships with standardization organisms. EXPERIENCES Graduated with an Engineering Degree (BAC, or equivalently) or a PhD, you specialize in Digital Communications. You have at least 3 years of experience on 3GPP standards and/or 5G physical layer as well as radiofrequency protocols. Ideally, you are participating in conferences and presentations of one or more standardization organisms. PROFESSIONAL SKILLS R&D skills in wireless communication (5G, 5G+, 6G), Radiofrequency and/or prototyping. Experience with technological subjects such as Matlab, Python, C or C++ for algorithm design, modeling, and platforms implementation. Operational English is required. PERSONAL SKILLS Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with different teams. Autonomous, research and analytical competency, problem solver.
