Job Description Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury files from intake to resolution. Conduct initial client consultations, case evaluations, and strategy planning. Gather, review, and analyze evidence including medical records and police reports. Maintain consistent communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers. Negotiate favorable settlements on behalf of clients. Collaborate with the litigation team on cases progressing to trial. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active Missouri Bar license; Illinois license preferred. 3+ years of experience handling personal injury cases. Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
