Projet bootstrap & rentable depuis plusieurs mois Dynamique early stage au sein d'une équipe de 10 collaborateurs Un produit avec une forte complexité technique sur des sujets DATA, AI & LLM VOTRE MISSION : CHEFFERIE DE PROJET (SaaS /IA) ET UPSELLING En tant que Customer Success Manager, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Head of CSM et le CEO. Vos responsabilités seront : La chefferie de projet (50%) en mode agile : Delevery, onboarding clients, intégration de la solution, paramètrage, tests clients, gestion de crise, suivi de projet) L'identification des oppoirtunités d'upsell (30%) : développement d'un portefeuille grands comptes Le partage des feedbacks clients / gestion du support clients (20%) : amélioration continue / développement de nouvelles features VOTRE PROFIL : CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER Connaissance des solutions SaaS/IA complexes Vous avez 2 à 4 ans (en CDI) d'expérience en tant que CSM (gestion de projet auprès d'une cible enterprise : intégration, paramètrage, onboarding, upselling ...) Vous avec une expérience 360° (chefferie de projet et capacité à générer de l'upselling) Vous avez évolué dans un environnement agile, startups / Scale-ups Vous êtes motivé à intégrer une petite équipe pour relever des défis ambitieux. Vous avez un Anglais courant MODALITÉS : Rémunérations : 45/50K€ de fixe + 8K€ de variable OTE + BSPCE Nombreux avantages (Mutuelle Alan, Remboursement de frais de transports ...)
