Customer Success Manager - Cybersecurity Join to apply for the Customer Success Manager - Cybersecurity role at Qevlar AI. Qevlar is a B2B SaaS startup that develops AI cybersecurity analysts augmenting SOCs. Since our creation 2 years ago we have raised €14 million in seed funding led by EQT Ventures and Forgepoint Capital, been incubated by Microsoft (genAI Studio) and Meta (AI program), and deployed our solution to Global 500 companies and leading MSSPs in EMEA and NA. What You Will Do Onboard new customers and ensure they get up and running smoothly. Act as a trusted advisor, helping SOC teams use Qevlar for use cases such as phishing, identity, endpoint investigations, and more. Proactively monitor adoption, ensuring customers get the most value out of the platform. Solve problems & remove blockers—whether technical troubleshooting or process optimization. Work closely with Product & Engineering, sharing customer feedback to help shape our roadmap. Collaborate with sales to identify expansion opportunities and support account growth. Drive renewals, ensuring customers are satisfied and remain loyal. Build scalable customer processes, contributing to onboarding workflows, documentation and ongoing success tracking. Who You Are Experienced in SOCs with knowledge of SIEM, EDR, email security, and threat intelligence. Enjoy helping customers solve problems and deriving real value from technology. Comfortable with technical discussions around integrations and troubleshooting; not required to be an engineer. Self‑motivated and proactive; anticipates and solves problems before they arise.
