Construction Manager - Hauts-de-France - 12-Month Contract Our client, a global (bio)pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation, is recruiting for a Construction Manager to join them on their new expansion project. Based in a charming French location, this is on a contractual basis, and will involve significantly growing the sites capacity for the manufacture of Biologics. Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsible for developing Construction Quality Management Plan and Construction Management Plan for the project. These documents will be part of the RFP for the construction companies. Provide leadership and management oversight for Contractors and their sub-contractors in the construction/ installation planning, sequencing, coordination and interfaces management within the extended project delivery team and wider AZ parties (Operations, Facilities Management, Site SHE and etc.); Oversee the Construction Quality requirements with Contractor(s) to ensure that a robust in process inspection & testing plan is in place. Oversee and manage the approval of onsite mock-ups and samples from Contractor(s) with the AZ project key members. Oversee the completion and compilation of accurate as-built drawings and Turnover Packages Be actively part of the discussion during the Change notice meeting. Develops and maintains a construction Plan-Do-Review Board of project build sequence and schedule status for team coordination and communication. Act as an interface with site stakeholders to address and resolve any issues in the interfaces with site and with any external to site stakeholders.
