L'ENTREPRISE : SAAS & FINTECH  Cette startup développe une plateforme en ligne dédiée à la gestion des déclarations fiscales et sociales des entreprises. Pourquoi j'ai sélectionné cette entreprise ? Créée il y a 10 anspar un entrepreneur tech Cible BtoB et plus précisément les PME / startups + 50 000 entreprises accompagnées Produits : développement de 2 SaaS de télédéclaration L'année dernière, la plateforme rejoint un groupe européen leader dans le secteur des logiciels d’entreprise ( = beaucoup d'investissement dans la tech) Équipe total composée d'une 15aine de personnes dont 7 dans l'équipe technique Stack du poste et de l'entreprise : Java / Spring, Vuejs, MySQL, AWS Lambda, AWS VOTRE MISSION : ACCOMPAGNER LA CROISSANCE DE L'ENTREPRISE ET FAIRE EVOLUER LES SOLUTIONS En reporting direct auprès du CTO, dans une équipe de 7 personnes, vous aurez pour missions de consolider sa position de leader dans la télédéclaration en ligne pour les PME en élargissant son offre de services, continuer à ajouter des fonctionnalités pour les partenaires Compta-Tech et intégrer des solutions d’IA dans ses produits.  Pour aller plus loin :  Participer aux travaux de conception (analyse, développement, codage de tests, relecture de PR…) Entreprendre les chantiers de refactoring Développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités et de nouveaux services Intervenir sur les problèmes de production remontés par le support VOTRE PROFIL : BACK-END ENGINEER - JAVA Must Have :  Bonne expérience en développement backend (5 ans min.) avec Java Expérience sur au moins un framework MVC de l'écosysteme Java (Spring, Micronaut, Play Framework, Struts) Bonnes connaissances en requêtage SQL de BDD et optimisation Nice to Have :  Vous avez déjà expérimenté l'utilisation de l'IA dans vos travaux de développement (ex. Github Copilot ou Amazon Q etc). Vous avez une connaissance pratique sur l’environnement AWS (serverless et monitoring) MODALITÉS Rémunération selon profil et expérience : 55 - 65 K€  Localisation : Paris  Télétravail : 2-3 jour de télétravail / semaine  Processus de recrutement : Échange avec le CTO Discussion technique avec le Tech Lead Rencontre avec l'équipe
