We are directly instructed by the senior management team of a highly ambitious and fast-growing independent business law firm in Paris, to help with the appointment of a Restructuring & Insolvency partner.Our client is a highly rated and astutely managed mid-size boutique business law firm, which specialises in navigating businesses through the legal, regulatory and commercial considerations of projects, transactions and disputes within highly regulated sectors. Notably in energy, infrastructure and mobility. Their multi-disciplinary expertise covers Corporate, Banking & Finance, Real Estate, Project Development, ESG issues, Public Law, Employment, and commercial dispute resolution, on a national and international level.The firm are now looking to appoint a Restructuring & Insolvency partner to complement their transactional practice group. The ideal candidate will be an established partner with expertise covering the full range of advisory, transactional and contentious proceedings, under voluntary and judicial frameworks. This should include operational and financial restructurings, and assistance in advising on distressed acquisitions.Whilst it is expected that the incoming partner will be an accomplished business developer and demonstrate a loyal client following, the firm offers a fertile platform with significant opportunities to generate business from the internal client base. Counsel-level candidates, with a growing practice and frustration at the lack of advancement prospects at their current firm are also encouraged to apply.You will be joining a firm which blends the best of traditional values with an entrepreneurial and innovative outlook to the practice of law. This is an ambitious firm with a solid strategy to build out its existing core areas, as well as adding complementary practices/sectors that would complement their offering.
