Start-up fondée fin 2024 Une première levée de fonds d'1m€ déjà validée Startup à impact qui encourage l'économie circulaire Une solution à co-construire avec des béta-testeurs impliqués VOTRE MISSION : Vous travaillerez directement avec les 2 co-fondateurs de la structure, un UX designer freelance et 4 développeurs.Au quotidien vous aurez à : Mener la phase de Discovery, identifier les besoins et pains clients / utilisateur à travers des interviews ou du shadowing notamment Être force de proposition sur les fonctionnalités à faire intégrer pour apporter le maximum de valeur au produit Définir et prioriser la roadmap produit en adéquation avec la stratégie et la vision Coordonner le delivery : rédaction des specification fonctionnelles, prioriser le Backlog. Définir, suivre les KPIs Quelques + : Opportunité dévoluer vers un rôle de Head of Product Des utilisateurs accessibles Un produit à impact positif VOTRE PROFIL : PRODUCT MANAGER Vous êtes diplômé d'un master d'école d'ingénieur, d'informatique ou vous justifiez d'un bon vernis technique Vous avez à minima 1 an d'expérience en Product Management sur une solution SaaS B2B Vous avez une forte sensibilité à l’expérience utilisateur (UX) et êtes capable de transformer des problématiques métiers complexes en parcours simples, intuitifs et efficaces. Vous avez déjà travaillé idéalement en startup / scale up / PME ou recherchez à travailler dans cet environnement. Vous êtes proactif, autonome et savez travailler en équipe. LES MODALITÉS : Rémunération selon profil : 50K/55K€ fixe + BSPCE Remote :2 jours par semaine Bureaux : Paris Prise de poste : Septembre Processus de recrutement en 3 steps : Préqualification de 45 minutes avec CTO-cofondateur Entretien CEO avec un petit exercice produit Rencontre sur site du CTO et du CEO
