You will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and assessing top-tier active and passive candidates through various sourcing channels, ensuring a diverse pool of qualified talent.Main Responsibilities:Develop and implement creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to find and attract qualified candidates for various roles, especially hard-to-fill and specialized positions;Identify & engage candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, social media, and industry events while promoting the company's Employee Value Proposition (EVP);Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential candidates to create a consistent talent pipeline for future hiring needs;Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening calls to assess candidate skills, experience, cultural fit, and salary expectations before presenting them to the Talent Advisors;Collaborate closely with Talent Advisors to understand job requirements and team needs and continuously refine sourcing strategies based on market feedback;Track, analyze, and report on key sourcing metrics (e.g., source of hire, time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates) to ensure data integrity and drive continuous process improvement;Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and innovative sourcing techniques.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;Experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Talent Sourcer, or a similar Talent Acquisition role;Demonstrated hands-on experience utilizing various sourcing techniques and platforms;Strong familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools (LinkedIn Recruiter);Ability to use data and metrics to inform sourcing decisions and measure success;Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple reqs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;Familiarity with employer branding strategies and execution.At GDI, you will be part of a growing organization that understands the importance of investing in people and offers you:A comprehensive compensation package that includes performance-driven bonuses;A group retirement savings program with employer matching;Flexible group insurance with personalized coverage that meets your needs;An employee discount at Garage and Dynamite;Exclusive private sample sales;A flexible vacation policy;And moreGDI has been repeatedly voted one of Montréal's Top Employers and one of Canada's Top Employers for Young People.Our promise...No day will be like the last-we aim to be better today than we were yesterday.
