DESCRIPTION DU POSTEEncore en pleine conception, tu rejoindras la core team d'un projet à utilité publique. Tu travailleras directement avec les cofounders de ce jeune projet à l'élaboration de la V2 du MVP. Un projet plein de challenge qui nécessitera passion et volonté d'aider son prochain.Tes missions :Prendre le lead technique du projet ;Comprendre le besoin et choisir la stack en fonction ;Développer, tester et valider les fondations et les nouvelles fonctionnalités du produit ;Assurer la maintenance, l'évolution et la scalabilité du produit ;Lancer le développement d'une application mobile ;Mise en place des documentations ;Mise en place des bonnes pratiques ;Force de proposition (veille active sur de nouveaux outils et stack) ;Environnement technique :Ouvert, car projet from scratch :)Process de recrutement :Rencontre avec le CEORencontre technique (CTO externe) Rencontre avec le dernier associéPackageCadreMutuelle ALANTransportVacances illimitéesRemote as you wish Salaire + BSPCEPROFIL RECHERCHéTu seras lhomme/femme de la situation si :Tu as une expérience significative dans le monde du développement web et idéalement en startup ;Tu es expert d'un langage backend et tu maitrises parfaitement la dimension infra ;Tu es ouvert à toucher à du mobile ;Tu comprends les enjeux de mise en production et de scalabilité ;Tu as déjà mené un projet de 0 jusqu'à sa mise en production :Tu as envie de prendre le lead d'un projet à impact ;Tu es ouvert aux autres et bon communicant ;Et SURTOUT, ton but est d'avoir un impact sur notre société et d'aider ton prochain ;
