L'Arboisie recherche ses guest experience maker pour la saison d'hiver 2023-2024. Vous aurez pour mission de fidéliser la clientèle en personnalisant l’accueil et le séjour des clients. Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez : Préparer l'arrivée du client Définir le traitement adapté à chaque clientèle Assurer l’accueil physique des différentes clientèles Personnaliser la relation client Être en contact permanent avec les différents services de l'hôtel (réservation, restaurant, bar, hébergement,…) Répondre aux problèmes et demandes du client Faire remonter les remarques et feedback à la direction, suivi des commentaires clients, fiches de progrès sur les points bloquants Collaborer aux ventes additionnelles générées Faire plaisir à chaque instant à notre clientèle Partager du temps avec notre clientèle Vous êtes celui ou celel qu'il nous faut si Vous disposez d'une première expérience dans un poste similaire. Vous maitrisez l'Anglais et le Français. Le petit truc en plus ... Toute maitrise d'un autre langue étrangère.
