FP&A AnalystRapidly growing, dynamic and highly successful organisationAbout Our Client Working for a well established, highly successful, rapidly growing and dynamic business.Job DescriptionPrepare and analyse financial reports to support strategic decision-making.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Monitor financial performance and identify trends or discrepancies.Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant financial data.Provide detailed insights and recommendations to improve financial outcomes.Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.Contribute to process improvements within the accounting and finance department.The Successful ApplicantA successful FP&A Analyst should have:A degree or be studying towards ACCA or CIMA.Proficiency in financial analysis or strong experience in management accountantsStrong attention to detail and commercially minded.Intermediate MS Excel skills - ideally using large data setsThe ability to work collaboratively across departments.Excellent communication and presentation skills.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from £36,000 to £42,000.Study supportFlexible hours and the option to work from home two/three days a weekOpportunities for professional development and growth.A permanent position within a stable and reputable organisation.A supportive work environment.If you are passionate about accounting and finance and are looking to advance your career in FP&A, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
