The Singapore office plays a key role in supporting regional oversight and governance activities.Job DescriptionSupport the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across the APAC region, including risk assessments, controls, and reporting.Maintain and update risk registers, assist with scenario analysis, and support periodic risk and control reviews.Support local compliance activities, including regulatory monitoring, internal policy adherence, and coordination on financial crime matters where required.Assist with regulatory submissions, audits, and reviews, ensuring documentation and responses are accurate and timely.Support the execution of risk and compliance work plans, including preparation of internal reports and governance materials.The Successful ApplicantAt least 4 years of experience in risk and compliance within the insurance industry.Experience supporting risk management and regulatory compliance activities within a regulated environment.Familiarity with governance frameworks, internal controls, and regulatory expectations relevant to insurance operations.Strong organisational, documentation, and analytical skills, with good attention to detail.Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional and global stakeholdersWhat's on OfferThis role offers the opportunity to join a reputable global insurance organisation with a strong emphasis on governance, risk discipline, and long-term stability.
