They will assist the sales force with prospecting and pre-project visits, translating customer needs into clear solutions. - Product Guru: Analyse customer specifications and propose reliable solutions. Contribute to the creation of product datasheets and catalogues, keeping the client's product information up-to-date and informative. - Strategic Thinker: Work closely with technical teams across France, Italy, and Germany to continuously improve and develop the client's product range. Your insights will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and market success. - Collaboration Champion: The ideal candidate will foster strong relationships within various departments at the client's company, including Sales Development, Product Quality, and Supply Chain. You'll be a great fit if you have: - Solid Technical Foundation: A bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics) is a must. Prior experience with electromechanical and/or electrical systems is a plus. - Proven B2B Experience: 3+ years of successful experience as an Application Engineer in a B2B environment demonstrates your ability to navigate complex technical needs within a business context. - Railway Knowledge (Bonus): Understanding the specific applications and constraints of the railway industry will give you a significant edge. - Driven and Proactive: You're curious, autonomous, and possess a tenacious "can-do" attitude.
