Startup fondée en 2025 par des serial-entrepreneurs compétents (un exit et un scale-up réussi ) Soutenue par des fonds de premier plan : pré-seed de + de 3 millions d'euros finalisée fin 2025 + de 40 clients signés dont une dizaine de grand compte en moins d'un an Produit Data & IA au cœur des enjeux business de demain VOTRE MISSION :  En tant que Founding Team - LLM research & Innovation Lead, vous travaillerez en direct avec les fondateurs. Vous aurez pour responsabilités de : - Mener des expériences approfondies sur les principaux LLM (OpenAI, Google AIO...) - Étudier les documents, les notes de mise à jour, les articles et les API afin de cartographier le comportement réel des modèles. - Créer des benchmarks, des pipelines d'évaluation, des ensembles de données et des tests automatisés. - Mener des expériences de visibilité pour mesurer comment différentes actions améliorent la présence de la marque et les résultats commerciaux au sein des LLM. - Analyser les résultats, identifier les modèles et extraire des informations exploitables. - Transformer les conclusions en recommandations claires pour les équipes Produit et Ingénierie. * Bonus : partager les résultats de la recherche publiquement (conférences, publications, blogs).* Quelques + du poste : Rôle fondateur & ownership total : premier Founding Team - LLM research & Innovation Lead de l’entreprise, avec une influence directe sur la vision, la roadmap et les arbitrages stratégiques. Produit IA de pointe : construction d’une plateforme au cœur des nouveaux usages liés aux LLMs, à la search IA et aux produits data-heavy. Exécution rapide avec des fondateurs expérimentés  VOTRE PROFIL : Founding Team - LLM research & Innovation Lead Must-have : Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du référencement naturel (SEO), de la recherche IA ou dans un domaine technique connexe :  - Forte curiosité pratique pour les modèles d'apprentissage automatique (LLM) : tester les comportements, lire les communiqués de presse de manière critique, sonder les limites, repérer les tendances. - Excellent expérimentateur : protocoles clairs, tests reproductibles, analyse rigoureuse des données, approche fondée sur des hypothèses. - Connaissance approfondie des débats actuels sur la recherche IA et le référencement naturel (SEO), des contraintes et des tendances émergentes. - Capacité à transformer les résultats bruts des modèles en informations claires et exploitables pour les décisions relatives aux produits. - Exécution rapide, précise et autonome, avec une forte discipline analytique. Bonus ? - Être capable d'agir en tant que porte-parole de GetMint auprès du grand public dans le domaine de la recherche IA et de la communauté LLM - Créateur reconnu bénéficiant d'une forte présence en ligne (plus de 15 000 abonnés) et d'une expérience avérée dans la création de blogs, de newsletters ou de chaînes de contenu technique.
