DESCRIPTION DU POSTETu rejoindras une structure d'une petite centaine de personnes dont léquipe technique se compose d'une vingtaine d'ingénieurs. Tu seras rattaché directement au CTO avec qui tu travailleras sur toutes les problématiques du produit et les gros chantiers de 2022/23.Tes missions :Manager et faire grandir les membres de son équipe ;Garantir lalignement avec le business ;Priorisé les objectifs et assurer le scaling du produit et des équipes;Être garant des bonnes pratiques;Être force de proposition (stack et projet);Etc.Environnement technique :Vue.jsNuxt.jsC#.NET CorePythonSQLMySQLElasticSearchAzure DevopsGitHubShellPowerShellEtc.Process :Rencontre avec le CTORencontre avec les différents LeadsRencontre des équipesPackageSalaire selon profilContrat cadreMutuelle (50%)Transport (50%)TRRTTMoka.Care (séance de coaching)Choix de son matérielIntéressementRemote (8 jours de présentiel obligatoire dans le mois)Horaire flexiblePROFIL RECHERCHéTu seras lhomme/la femme de la situation si :Tu as minimum 6 ans dexpérience dans l'univers du développement web ;Tu as déjà vu/participé à faire scaler un produit et une équipe ;Tu comprends les enjeux et les problématiques de la mise en production. ;Tu maîtrises impérativement les bonnes pratiques (une dimension Scrum serait un +) et le principe d'architecture micro-services ;Tu as envie d'être hands-OFF ;Tu es très bon communicant et tu as le souhait de voir progresser ton prochain ;Tu nas pas perdu ton envie dapprendre et tu es passionné par ce que tu fais ;
