Votre mission:
Nos équipes Corporate Finance conseillent et accompagnent nos clients dans leurs projets de valorisation, de développement et de structuration, via la mise en oeuvre d'opérations de croissance externe, d'ouverture ou réorganisation du capital et cession. Pour ce faire, nous mettons à leur disposition une offre élargie rassemblant les services suivants : M&A, Evaluation, Transaction Services.

Nous recherchons aujourd'hui un Managing Director M&A (H/f) pour diriger notre pôle M&A Paris. Votre rôle consiste à initier, faciliter et encadrer les transactions

Le coeur de votre activité Générer des deals M&A Small et Mid Cap par le biais de son propre réseau, mais également par le biais du réseau Baker Tilly

Vous aurez également pour rôle de:
Manager l'équipe, superviser l'exécution des mandats, de l'origination au closing des opérations ;
Garantir la qualité des livrables fournis aux clients en accordant une grande attention aux détails ;
Apporter son savoir-faire dans la montée en puissance et la formation de l'ensemble de l'équipe ;
Créer de la visibilité sur les activités M&A du Groupe en interne et en externe
Vous évoluez au sein d'une équipe à taille humaine où se mêlent pluridisciplinarité, expertise pointue, esprit d'entreprendre et forte cohésion.

Diplômé(e) d'une grande école de commerce, d'ingénieurs ou universitaire, vous souhaitez valoriser une expérience d'au moins 10 ans acquise au sein d'une équipe M&A de renom au poste de Directeur Exécutif ou Managing Director
Vous avez un track record de récentes opérations
Vous rayonnez depuis plusieurs années à Paris et connaissez les prescripteurs potentiels (fonds d'investissements, avocats, etc.)
Vous aimez manager et encadrer une équipe ;
Vous possédez un excellent sens du service client ;
Vous souhaitez contribuer à la rapide croissance de nos activités ;
Vous disposez d'un bon niveau d'anglais.
