**Poste**: Contract Manager / Approvisionneur Expérience : 3/5 ans d'expérience dans la fonction TJM d'achat max : 450 € Localisation : Paris (Présence 3 jours sur Site - 2 jours TT) Démarrage : ASAP Contexte de la mission : L'équipe Licence Asset Management souhaite se renforcer et recherche un profil de Contract Manager / Approvisionneur ayant pour principales missions : Être l'interlocuteurs des domaines pour tout ce qui touche l'achat de logiciels Être l'interlocuteur des éditeurs et de notre distributeur de logiciels Accompagner les domaines sur les questions autour des commandes liées aux licences, factures, réceptions Faire les demandes de devis de nouvelles licences auprès des éditeurs ou du distributeur à travers les outils mis à notre disposition Assurer le suivi et le renouvellement des maintenances et abonnements logiciels dans les délais Saisir les commandes dans la Base Achat en s'assurant de la conformité achat (éléments contractuels de la commande, conformité avec le devis, ) Archiver les demandes dans le SharePoint LIAM Faire les réceptions dans la Base Achat Etablir le reporting mensuel de suivi d'activité de LIAM Piloter et alerter sur les fins d'échéance de contrats/consommation de commande Répondre aux sollicitations autour de la facturation (réceptions, résolution des cas complexes et amélioration des processus). Participer à l'amélioration continue de l'outil Base Achat (Sharepoint) Collaboration avec la direction des Achats pour l'actualisation des données fournisseurs ; contrat ; articles etc Faire modéliser les contrats dans les outils Compétences demandées: - Maîtrise des activités d'une DSI - +++ - Capacité à suivre des échéances contractuelles +++ - Capacité à piloter des contrats IT +++ - Capacité à suivre des SLA +++ - Capacité à coordonner des interlocuteurs DSI : être l'interlocuteur privilégié d'équipes identifiées à la DSI +++ - Maîtrise des règles de la commande publique - ++ - Capacité à organiser et animer des comités contractuels + Autres compétences - Aisance dans la communication écrite et orale en Français - Anglais Aisance conversationnelle - Proactivité, force de proposition sur les sujets en lien avec le marché - Rigueur dans la gestion des dossiers Profil recherché : - Avoir une bonne connaissance du monde de l'IT particulièrement Infra - Avoir une connaissance des spécificités des contrats logiciels - Avoir un niveau d'anglais conversationnel est un plus (contrats souvent en anglais et prise de contact mail ou téléphone avec les éditeurs)
