**Job Title**: Airport Operations and Contract Manager **Location**: Paris - CDG Reporting to nominated Regional Airport Ops and Contract Manager, the Airport Ops and Contract Manager (AOCM) will be responsible for delivering a safe, on time operation through effective contract management of third party suppliers in a cost conscious manner. The role will also be responsible for trials and implementation of new policies and procedures in conjunction with the central Ground Ops team. **>** Management of safety, compliance, and supplier relationship for third party partners. **> **Ownership and management of ground handling and de-icing contracts for their life cycle. **> **Ownership and management of cost, including budget accountability: **> **Delivery of internal performance targets, including revenue activities. **> **Identify, trial and implementation of new process and policies to help improve performance or customer experience. **> **Management of risk at airport level **> **Investigation of safety events and lead preventative action plans **> **Ownership and management of ground handling contracts, including budget accountability through strict cost control, and supplier relationship management **> **Delivery of on time performance (OTP)against set targets **> **Management of all revenue activities within their remit. **> **Represent easyJet at required forums **> **Principle point of contact for easyJet GO at nominated airports **> **Management an oversight of KPI’s, projects, communications, and improvement plans, both internally and externally. **> **Follow liquidated damages process **> **Undertake the necessary preparations and actions to ensure seasonal readiness **> **Responsible for cost saving initiatives **Requirements of the Role** **What you'll need to do the role** Proven experience of managing a budget, with the ability to challenge costs and excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and cost reduction. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and proven experience of effective third-party management, driving suppliers to achieve performance and cost savings.Excellent SGHA and IATA contract knowledge and contract management skills and a tenacity and resilience to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
