**About the Job**

This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, ambitious team focused on Budget & Compliance. You will play a critical part in ensuring financial integrity and compliance within our operations, while enjoying a stimulating professional environment that encourages personal and intellectual growth.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Support the tracking and management of departmental budgets, expenditures, and forecasts
- Prepare and review documentation related to compliance activities
- Assist with audits and ensure that necessary audit documentation is compiled and maintained
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure budget adherence and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in the development of compliance training initiatives for internal teams

**Requirements**:

**Experience**: Previous experience in finance, accounting, or a compliance-related role is preferred. Familiarity with budgets in a clinical setting is a plus.

**Skills**: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and proficiency with financial software and spreadsheets. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.

**Languages**: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
