**The Graduate Program Global Banking EMEA in few words**:
The Graduate Global Banking EMEA Program is designed as a real experience accelerator to boost your professional development.

Directly on a permanent contract, you will join BNP Paribas CIB (Corporate & Institutional Banking) through a rotational 12-month program. This will include two 6 months assignments, one in Paris, the other in another European country, to allow you to better understand the different activities of investment banking most among: M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Debt Markets, Fund Financing Group, Real Assets, Securitized Products Group.

**What will your first 12 months look like?**

You will be part of a promotion of around 40 graduates recruited from 7 different countries and sponsored by a member of the Global Banking EMEA Management Team.

During the first 6 months, you will join one of the investment banking teams based in Paris, either at the EAG or at Capital Markets:

- **EMEA Advisory Group (EAG)**: By joining EAG, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of Mergers / Acquisitions (buy or sell-side, public or private). You will be involved in every step, from marketing to execution, and help prepare the required presentation materials for client pitches and transaction execution.
- **Capital Markets**: at Capital Markets, you will have the opportunity to join one of the following teams:

- **Equity Capital Markets**:join the European leader in Equity Capital Markets which advises clients in their access to equity capital markets, covering the raising of capital by companies via initial public offering (IPO), capital increase (Right Issue) or accelerated placement (ABB).- **Debt Markets**: support companies and private equity clients of the bank, originating, structuring, and executing all DCM and syndicated loan transactions.- **Real Assets**: evolve within a wide range of specialized hedging, specialized financing and debt advisory activities in the energy, natural resources, infrastructure, real estate, aviation, shipping sectors. Clients include corporates, sovereigns, financial sponsors, and institutional clients. The energy transition is at the core of the Real Assets strategy, in close collaboration with the newly created Low Carbon Transition Group.
- **Fund Financing Group**: Join a team with a global mandate that responds to the growing needs of private equity funds for innovative financing (financing of funds, portfolios, minority holdings), within a dynamic ecosystem at the junction of market and corporate finance activities.- **Securitized Products Group**: the mandate of Securitized Products Group is to originate and structure complex financings for large international private debt investment funds, to develop innovative credit facilities that meet the specific needs of clients, to design funding models to determine the appropriate levels of customer risk and debt.

Some examples of your assignments in these different positions:

- Contribute to the preparation of presentations and pitches to support the marketing effort,
- Carry out research on sectors and companies, analyze of operational benchmarks, valuation work, by synthesizing information from various sources,
- Perform financial and risk analyzes to facilitate discussions with the bank's internal partners, develop financial models,
- Contribute to the proper execution of projects (preparation of marketing materials and financial models, process management),
- Support the marketing of transactions including the development of the strategy, schedule, target investors, collection and analysis of comments,
- Contribute to the interactions of syndication teams
- Contribute to the preparation of credit committees and the internal approval process,
- Analyze transactions and contribute to due diligence work,
- Contribute to the preparation of syndication documents,
- Prepare credit proposals, annual reviews, waiver and modification requests,
- Participate in the training of interns working in the team,
- Interact with internal partners (legal, research, compliance).
- At Securitized Products Group: assist structurers in the preparation of commercial offers, the design of financing structures and portfolio reviews.

In parallel, you will benefit from a specific two-week development program from the Investment Banking Academy, covering both technical and on soft skills.

And throughout the Graduate you will continue to benefit from an adapted development program.

After 6 months in Paris, you will start your second assignment in Spain, Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy or Belgium, and you will discover a second activity in investment banking, among those aforementioned (EAG or Capital Markets).

After these two rotations, you will choose your permanent position in line with your professional project as Analyst 2 and you will continue to benefit from a dedicated career support.
