You are part of the Market Data team in the CIB Chief Operating Officer (COO) department. The mission of this team is to provide the different business lines using market data (MDS) with solutions tailored to their needs, ensuring not only data availability but also the best prices.

The team is made up of around ten members in France, Portugal, Europe, Asia-Pacific and America. She collaborates daily with the data user businesses (front office and support functions), as well as with suppliers and purchasing stakeholders within the BPCE Group (BPCE purchases, acquisition processes, legal services, etc.).

In this context, the head of this department has an important role to achieve the following objectives:

- Strengthening the management of market data needs by providing the appropriate solutions as well as monitoring tools for activity;
- Securing the budget management process;
- Set up the control device 1.1 and 1.2 of the activities of Market Data.

The global Head of Market Data is attached directly to the CIB COO leader.

On a daily basis, your tasks are:

- Manager the Market Data team composed of experts and junior employees in operational support roles;
- Establish and maintain links with internal Market Data consumers, to ensure proximity in identifying and understanding their needs;
- Deploy, adapt and ensure the governance of the Market Data operations control system;
- Develop interactions and relationships with peers to benefit from best practices;
- Act on a daily basis to maintain a trusting, inclusive, international and transformative environment, to achieve the company’s strategic objectives.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

With a higher education, you have at least 15 years of experience in the management of market data within financial institutions (steering, purchasing, optimization, acquisition strategy...).

You are proficient:

- The management of Markets Data;
- Activity management and team management.

You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:

- Recognized for your leadership and ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of management;
- Appreciated for your innovation and constructive questioning;
- Able to work with a team located on multiple international platforms

You master English with a C1 level.
