As Omnichannel Marketing Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing transformation—designing strategies, optimizing campaigns, and driving demand generation that truly makes a difference.
**Key responsibilities**:
- **Strategize & Accelerate**: execute omnichannel strategies that align with our marketing priorities and enhance key customer journey touchpoints.
- ** Campaign Execution**: Co-create and adapt campaign assets to support strategic programs across platforms.
- ** Performance Analysis**: Monitor KPIs, assess campaign effectiveness, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
- ** Infrastructure Review**: Audit current tools, content, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
- ** Customer Insights**: Conduct market research to better understand customer needs and behaviors.
- ** Agency Collaboration**: Partner with external agencies to produce high-impact assets and optimize campaign performance.
- ** Lead Generation**: Integrate marketing efforts with sales teams to build and manage a lead generation framework.
- ** Internal Communication**: Deliver clear, engaging updates to internal stakeholders.
- ** Budget Oversight**: Track marketing spend and provide monthly reporting.
**Preferred profile**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Solid experience in omnichannel marketing—preferably in the MedTech or healthcare sector.
- Strong digital marketing and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Showpad).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- ** Fluent in French, Italian, and English.**
**Salary range for the position : 44 000 to 50 000 EUR / year**
