ABOUT THE JOB

Shape the future of our digital shopfloor with us

As Project Manager – Shopfloor Solutions at Raynet, you will play a pivotal role in driving the deployment and evolution of shopfloor solutions across our global ARaymond Network. This role is all about Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM): integrating ERP systems (SAP) with plant floor technologies like PLCs and IIoT and driving projects that improve performance through visual management systems and digital dashboards. Your mission? Transform legacy systems into modern platforms - cloud-based architectures, edge IoT solutions - creating scalable, data-driven environments that power the factory of the future.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

This role leads projects or key components from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and organizational standards. Working with both ARaymond entities and internal Raynet teams, this role drives successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all project phases, including scope, budget, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinating international teams and suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Defining KPIs and driving user adoption for successful rollouts.
• Collaborating with manufacturing and IT experts to align solutions with business needs.
• Ensuring compliance and security throughout the project lifecycle.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCES

• 5+ years as a Project Manager in industrial and international settings.
• Proven success with MES, ERP integration, IIoT deployments, and performance systems.

SKILLS

• Project Management expertise: planning, budgeting, risk management, reporting.
• Manufacturing know-how: lean principles, continuous improvement, shopfloor performance.
• Technical skills: ERP (SAP), MES, IIoT, cloud technologies; PLC and data visualization are a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication and change management skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience delivering digital shopfloor solutions in multi-site, international environments.
• Fluency in English is required, along with proficiency in either French or German.
