**Start** **ASAP** **Duration** **> 12 months** emagine is looking for one of its great account a data transformation program manager Start: ASAP Location: Argenteuil Telework : 2 days per week **Context** In the context of a big Data Transformation initiative on complete set of our data capabilities: Data Architecture and Engineering, Data Modelling, Storage for Data & Analytics, Data Visualisation, Data Science, Data Integration, Metadata Management, Data Storage and Warehousing, the profile will support the existing team (Head of Data and Analytics, D&A Product line managers, Architects, Product Managers etc.) in the Program management activities, **Role & Responsabilities** - Overall program planning and coordination of the works among the individual projects for each of the Program sub-streams - Stakeholders management (Sponsor, Steering Committee, Project teams) - Budget and risk Management - Coordination of RFPs for new software implementations - Support in the overall Data Transformation communication **Skills** - Fluent in French & English (must) - Previous experiences with a global matrix organization such as Givaudan - Excellence in communication, coordination & collaboration, stakeholder & risk management and especially with drive & leadership - Open minded and accepting challenges - Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle - Highly motivated, adaptable and flexible. Willing to integrate an existing environment and an existing project team **Education & Experience** **Education**: - Higher education completed, inevitably with a degree in Computer Sciences. **Experience**: - 5 to 10 years’ experience - Good knowledge of the Data Capabilities and understanding of the market trends about the supporting software / solutions - Experience in putting in place Data Platforms in a cloud environment would be an asset - Nice to have: implementation of the Snowflake platform Occasional travels for other client’s site, mainly Switzerland, from 1 day to 1 week.
